I had a great experience with Wayfair. Fast shipping, reasonable shipping costs if not free shipping. I had to return a defected/damaged item. They sent a replacement. The company didn't want the other piece back since the shipping would not have been worth it.
I have purchased the Bedroom Set from this site. There customer service is excellent and helpful. Any problem with shipping or damages they are willing to correct it, ASAP. I have been very pleased with this company
I ordered a Bedroom Set and after I realized it was going to arrive later than expected I tried to cancel online with no luck as the system told me it was already loaded for shipment. The customer service rep was outstanding and got everything taken care of for me in a matter of minutes. Very impressed and will continue buying from Wayfair as a result!

I have recently purchased a number of items needed to set up a new home. Some products worked out; some didn't, or couldn't be shipped in time. However, throughout, I have spoken with countless Wayfair employees who have been helpful, respectful, understanding and empathetic! They always, always make things right, no exceptions.
Ordered new Bedroom Set. Great sale prices. Beautiful furniture and I've gotten lots of compliments. The Bedroom Set originally came damaged. I called Wayfair while delivery guys were still there. They ordered a replacement and told me to keep the damaged one until the new one came. New one was delivered about 2-3 weeks later in perfect condition. Sometimes, people have to realize Wayfair is a fulfillment house--you place the order, they place it with the manufacturer and it is shipped from there.
I've finally ordered a Bedroom Set on Wayfair a while ago and it is better than my old Bedroom Set I threw out! My kids love it and some nights I love it! I've shopped there for years! It's my go to online shopping for anything they have! Great sales too!
After reading the bad reviews, I got pretty nervous about calling to request a replacement part that had come damaged. Despite a little bit of a wait, customer service was super quick and friendly and got a replacement part shipped out in the next two days. The Bedroom Set was fairly low quality, but I paid a low price, so I can't really complain about that. Looks fine, just cheap materials. I'm sure the more expensive Bedroom Set are nicer. Anyway, thought it was worth leaving a good review about customer service since it seems they might be stepping it up!
Love everything about Wayfair! I especially appreciate it allows for customer reviews on the items as well as pics people have taken so we can view the products in homes. Reading the reviews is so helpful! Especially when purchasing furniture and decor you aren't seeing in person! Everything I've ever ordered has arrived even faster than projected and love the free shipping, which is a huge thing when ordering heavy bulky furniture! I've ordered home items from many other sites and always seem to come back to Wayfair! Don't hesitate to order from them!
I needed furniture for my new apartment, so I ordered two Bedroom Set for my house, as well as a bed and mattress for my bedroom. I also ordered two sets of dishes, cloth napkins, and placemats for the kitchen. I have nothing but glowing remarks for Wayfair. Quality of everything is AMAZING, and it was all delivered on time--some even earlier than expected! I highly recommend their products and appreciate the awesome customer service!
Wayfair has a great selection of furniture and decor with great and affordable prices. Their shipping of 1-7 days is excellent for customers even though one of the carriers is awful. The customer service department has a team that is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, always listening to the customer's needs and finding the right solutions immediately. I had a situation with a sectional that, supposedly, one of the carriers delivered but I never got it. Wayfair contacted the carrier to verify what happened and they said that the driver left it on the first floor of my building, but he never called to notify me about. The customer service representative immediately processed a replacement of the furniture and I got it in 7 days.
I spoke to a very understanding and sweet customer services who both helped resolve my returns during the pandemic. They were both helpful and resolved my issues. The wait to speak to them was very long but since everyone is working remotely it was understandable. Worth the wait. Ordered from Wayfair and will continue to do so. Recommend them to anyone.
I have been impressed with every purchase I've made on wayfair. I don't look for furniture anywhere else now. You just can't beat the quality and prices. This store is a great place if you want quality. Their items are as described. I will buy from them again and again. No problems whatsoever.
Not sure of the low score on this company my 1st interaction with them was superb from the website where I shopped to the pricing and the delivery was so fast I couldn't believe it packaged securely and exactly what I expect from the website pictures I'll reccomend them with no problem plan to shop with them as needed things do occur an I had no issues with my 1st purchase if it changes down the way I'll update the rating
I am surprised to see the bad reviews on other website. I have purchased almost all items in my new house from Wayfair and they are really good! I even needed to change my dining chairs and their customer service was the best in the US! They replaced the Bedroom Set with no additional cost and made sure the process was easy on me. I'll definitely keep shopping with them!
This may have changed over the years but as of present, wayfair customer service has been absolutely phenomenal to work with. They've issued me credits even when I did not ask for one. They're available to chat most of the time as well.
This store has everything for your home and the largest selection you will find anywhere. I was shopping for Bedroom Set and thought I would find a few here, could not believe the amount they had. I found what I was looking for and they were less expensive than any other stores. They offer free shipping on all items over $49. You will fall in love with there customer service. They are my new go to store.
I thought the customer service was amazing! Got on the phone with a rep immediately and she was super kind and helpful. I needed to buy a Bedroom Set but I had three visa gift cards I wanted to use toward it. Couldn't figure out how to do it myself so the customer service rep walked me through the whole thing and put them in manually for me! SO nice and highly recommend their service.

I try, whenever possible, to buy local, pay cash and support my community with my transactions. When I do go online, I want something of quality and I need it fast. I have Wayfair as my first stop for furnishings for the home. The reviews are helpful, the quality tends to be high overall, and the customer service is very good. I hold their feet to the fire when I am unhappy, and they respond. I think our on-line businesses are as good as we demand they be, and I think Wayfair does a great job.
I've boycotted Walmart and Amazon for being billionaire-centric instead of paying a living wage. This store is an awesome alternative. I finally needed their customer service and they far exceeded my expectations there as well.
Recently purchased some Bedroom Set. The Bedroom Set shipped extremely quickly and were at my door in 10 days. The Bedroom Set quality was generally good with some screw holes slightly off, but was still able to use the original hardware and everything went together and is very solid. I'm an engineer by trade and a hobby carpenter, but I decided to go store bought for this need and don't regret it. Have received a lot of compliments.
Last purchase was a new Bedroom Set. Another perfect delivery and excellent product. Not only was the price incredible, but the product was something I couldn't find locally. Excellent service. One of the items received was incorrect and an email to Wayfair resulted in the correct item being shipped overnight and they told me to donate the wrong item. Then, another Bedroom Set for my house and household items. I love this company and even though they aren't always the cheapest, their customer service is second to none and I will always shop Wayfair.com first.
The Quality of Bedroom Set I have purchased from wayfair has always been great but I was worried making a large purchase without being able to touch it first... but we worried for nothing. Very happy. Shipping takes a while on this one so plan accordingly.
I have been ordering from Wayfair for years and they consistently advertise products with accurate descriptions and pictures. I recently bought a Bedroom Setthat didn't match the web description; Wayfair imediately provided a shipping label and the shipping cost for the return was minimal. Many places charge so much to return a Bedroom Set that in the past I kept the item instead of returning it.
